Loved the stunning view from our room and the large breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes that were delicious. The hotel's facilities were modern and clean, and their two restaurants offered tasty meals at reasonable prices. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, with just a short drive of about 20 minutes.
Sadly, the staff's lack of English communication skills created some difficulty during our stay. They were mostly unable to assist us with basic requests, and we ended up having to use an online translation app.

The hotel had a grand and spacious lobby, making it feel very upscale. The view of the nearby lake from some of the hotel rooms was truly breathtaking. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made it easy to catch an early flight.
The staff did not speak English well, which made it difficult to communicate. This led to some mistakes with ordering food in the restaurant.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities provided here were outstanding. The Health club and the Restaurant were top-notch with excellent service. The Ballroom was breathtaking with its beautiful decor. The room advantages were beyond our expectations, with a comfortable bed, elegant furniture, and a stunning view of the lake. The private facilities were also impressive, with a private hot tub, refreshing toiletries, and cozy bathrobes. The location advantages were ideal, with easy access to the airport and the scenic Erhai Lake.
One minor issue was the communication problem with some staff due to the language barrier. We had a hard time communicating in English, but the staff tried their best to attend to our needs.
